雌阿寒温泉 野中温泉別館

野中温泉は、1914年開業の古い温泉で北海道足寄郡足寄町にあります。
場所的には阿寒に近いところです。
十勝方面から行くと足寄のバスターミナル（旧足寄駅）を、更に阿寒に向けて走ると途中看板があり、右折。足寄から42kmくらい、舗装路なので、車で楽に行けます。
建物に近づくと硫黄の香りがして、温泉気分も盛り上がります。
源泉温度42℃、泉質は含食塩－石膏硫化水素泉で、源泉かけ流し。
建物内は外観から想像したよりも、かなり綺麗で清潔感もありました。
内湯１つ、露天１つという素朴な造りの温泉ですが、これから紅葉のシーズンになり眺めは最高です。
浴場について
・男女共、内湯１つ、露天風呂一つ。
・源泉をそのままかけ流し。
・カランやシャワー、シャンプー・石鹸などはないです。
・洗い桶と椅子はあります。
・内湯は総トドマツ造りとのことで、釘を使わず組んでいます。木の湯船はとても気持ちよいです。
カランがないのは、成分が濃くすぐ腐食するためとの事。
とても温まる温泉です。硫黄成分はかなり多いらしく、帰り道の車の中では、しばらく硫黄の香りが漂っていました。
露天風呂について
・女湯には屋根がある石造り。男湯は屋根なし。
・自然いっぱいの素朴な温泉で、のんびり湯を楽しめます。
・内湯から露天風呂までの移動に、女性は注意。
露天風呂に行くまでの数メートルが男湯から見えます。
ここは、男性は入り口の方を見ないのがマナーですね。
一番上の写真が女湯露天風呂ですが、すぐ右に男湯露天があります。（女性内風呂の窓の向こうが男性露天風呂です。）露天風呂に行く途中に仕切りらしき物もありますが、全然意味がないです。
移動の時のみタオル・バスタオルで隠して移動するのが、いいのかもしれません。
露天風呂まで行けば男湯から見えないので、ゆっくり入れます。
ほかの人を見ていると、タオルで出来るだけ隠しながら、瞬時に移動が基本スタイルのようでした。
露天風呂は、42℃の源泉をそのまま入れているため、冬場はぬる湯になるとの事。
脱衣所は、木製の鏡台が一つ置かれていました。ドライヤーや洗面台はないです。（鏡台にコンセントはありましたが、使えるのかな？）ロッカーなどはないので、貴重品はフロントに預けるか自己管理となります。
休憩所について
・座敷が無料開放されています。
宿泊では季節ごとの山菜料理などがでて、結構美味しいらしい。
