日本海ふるびら温泉 一望館

学校の旧校舎を再活用した日帰り入浴の温泉。
温泉自体は普通の浴場ですが、成分が大変濃く、鉄分が多いため赤い色をしています。ナトリウム-塩化物泉。タオルなどを浸すと色がついてしまう程です。浴場は質素ですが広く、洗い場も８・９個はありました。湯冷めも大変しにくくて、びっくりです。
地元の人が多く利用しているようです。露天風呂はないですが、二階の休憩室からは日本海が見えます。（2003年夏記）
2005年冬期くらいから、源泉温度が高いため加水をしているとの事。民間委託になったとの噂も？（2006.8月記）
行ってきました。入り口で塩素の匂いがするのだけど、温泉はやっぱり濃く温まります。私としては掛け流しに戻して欲しいところだけど、仕方ないのでしょうか。休憩室には飲食コーナーが出来ていましたが、持ち込みはたぶん自由のまま？１階には自販機もあります。（2006年11月追記）
